first i found one of the old blue cups we use to use every day in college

then I plopped in several scoops of turkey hill PomBlueberry froyo

then i added a hefty dose of nesquik

then i added a bit of milk

then i waited

then i stirred

then i tasted

then i added a bit more milk

then i tasted

then i added some more chocolate... and some crushed cookies

then i stirred alot more

then my mix was a dark brown color

then i tasted

then I tasted while holding my nose

then i poured that junk down the drain

then i ran the water

then i had to clean to the drain

then i wrote this post

I think it's time for a pretzel....
