[New for Spring 2019] Did you know that the DQ summer blizzard menu is up already? (Just like last year!) The DQ by my work just opened a few days ago and they're already talking summer! Ok, I can only complain so much because at least they have two new blizzards for me to try instead of having to go with the typical minty March option. So which one did I try?

Haagen-Dazs Spirits Line Up

The spirits branding is disappering for 2022. Remaining flavors include Irish Cream Brownie, Rums Tres Leches, Bourbon Praline Pecan and Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle.

[New for 2019] Everyone remembers I rarely like alcohol inspired flavors right? And yet, I bought one of these new spirit inspired Haagen-Dazs flavors anyway as an excuse to bring you some news but also a bit of hands on experience. [New for 2019] My local Stop & Shops started tagging the shelves for the seven new Talenti parfaits a few weeks ago, but it wasn't until last weekend that they finally started putting them out. S&S is charging a premium for the fancy flavors ($5.99 instead of $4.99), but then I was Hannaford and picked up four of the flavors for just $4.99 over Hannaford's regular $4.09 price tag. Am I stoked? Umm, what do you think? Ofcourse I am! I love crunchies in my ice cream and this promises two layers of mix-ins. Oh yeah! The first one I try....

So Delicious Oatmilk Frozen Dessert

[New for 2019] Guess what? There's not one, but two oat milk ice creams coming out this year. This makes me happy because my son is quite partial to his vanilla oat milk so I think this might actually be something he enjoys. Oh, also, we're cheating and trying two of the flavors at once. There is a third flavor, peanut butter & raspberry, but for safety we left that one at the store.

[New for 2019] Hey, I found Trio #2 already! I expected to run in to the other one again but Market Basket tricked me and put a different Trio out instead. I am ok with this since it's kind of the one I was most interested in, especially after reading the description and verifying that it's trying to be coffee cake and not coffee (hey, you never know when someone is going to mix things up on you). Let's see if we can be surprised by.....
