We use to get various experiments here and there but it's been pretty quiet recently. I wasn't able to try it on Friday, but after my son's baseball game on Saturday, I took him to Wendy's nuggets and fries but also got two sundaes for me and my wife.

The biggest surprise here is that these are pretty small. Granted, it was only two dollars, but considering how much Wendy's pushes value, it feels like it should be more like $1.49. Nitpicking? Probably, but these are not filling.

Overall it's different and I can't imagine anyone turning their nose up at it if offered, but please don't expect some magical experience with soft, warm, fresh baked cookies here. It's the frosty you know with some chocolate sauce and fairly crunchy cookies. My quickly melting chocolate frosty was not able to add the necessary contrast to the fairly hard cookies.

My wife enjoyed the vanilla version and at some point I'll head back to try it for myself (the vanilla version just makes more sense to me), but I don't exactly expect this to become a weekly treat. Offer me a larger size with fresher cookies and then we'll talk.

Hey, at least they are trying. Maybe this will have a brownie brother at some point.
