Golden goodness.

I take a bite and  I think it's love. It's everything that cinnamon toast crunch (light) ice cream should be and more. I'm in awe of the flavor and texture coming off the coating. So good!

I had high hopes for this and after a few bites, I'm already planning on picking up another box because these will not last long.

A nice thing here is that as much as I enjoy regular Haagan-Dazs bars, it's so nice to get away from a chocolate shell once in a while. I crave food diversity and to have the option to flip to a cinnamon bar instead of a chocolate bar is going to make me happy for months to come.

Am I overselling this? Iunno, maybe... maybe not! 

Now, to put this in perspective, there is a lot of flavor here and it won't be for everyone. This isn't the delicate cinnamon flavoring of something like Life cereal. No no no. This is the textured, cinnamon sugary blast of a cereal like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Seriously. If you love that stuff, you're gonna love this too.

Man I can't wait for the next one!
