Pumpkin Pie Crumbl Cookie

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving weekend. Mine started with this delicious Pumpkin Pie Crumbl Cookie. This was my first true test of their offerings and it did not disappoint. Who knew you could turn a cookie in to a pie like this?

The soft crumbly sugar cookie mixed with the pumpkin pie filling worked really well, and the whipped cream sealed the deal. In fact, I wouldn't have minded a little more of it as a bite with all three components was delicious.
