[New for Fall 2023] A new limited edition frosty debuted today, and while I've kind of given up hope on frostys in general, I couldn't help but try it.
Wendy's Pumpkin Spice Frosty
If you were hoping that this was pumpkin + spice, you will be disappointed. If you love when they add pumpkin spice to anything and everything, then you might be amused.
I personally prefer a mix of pumpkin and spice rather than spending my time thinking about how they could have added less cloves to the mix, but hey, this is just a frosty after all. The bar is set low and it was passed.
That's a small you see in the photo. I feel like a small use to be bigger... ok, enough complaining.
So yeah, it's decent. Nothing great, but it's different and maybe it'll lead to other flavors.
Verdict? lots of flavor
Buy Again? Maybe!
My children and I tried this last night. We have the Wendy’s key tabs so we received them for free. We all thought it was a big strong….maybe too much spice? The one we loved recently was the Freddy’s pumpkin pie concrete. Fantastic! The DQ pumpkin pie blizzard is reliably good too. Hope to try the pumpkin pie shake at Wawa next. But I would say we prefer the ones with real pumpkin or add ins like crust best.
