More New Stuff for 2025

To be honest, I don't spend a ton of time on instagram anymore. I'm not saying that I ever spent that much time on it, but there's just too much suggested content and sponsored ads for me these days. Somedays it feels like there are 2-3 filler posts for every one post from an account that I actually follow... sorry, anyway, @snackgator, @candyhunting and @mnmtwinz have been posting lots of new stuff like...

This is probably the craziest drop of them all, but it does fall in line with what I've always believed. Ice cream and breakfast go hand in hand, and I mean everyday, not just once a year. There was a reason the breakfast sundaes idea was so much fun back in the day. I mean, I did the rice krispy treat sandwich four years ago here, and I did the Eggo thing several times, including this time. Anyway, four pints and six sandwiches are headed our way. I sure how there are waffle bits in the Eggo pints! It's nice that they went with ice cream and not frozen dairy dessert. My only concerns is that we've seen the rice krispy treat idea before, but those products tend to fade away unfortunately. I guess we'll see how things go.

Fat Boy has four delicious looking new treats. I need to find the cinnamon churro one as soon as possible, but also, I need to try them all!

Ben & Jerry's is going to hit us with their Scoop-apalooza line up. It's four basic flavors in a 28 fluid ounce size. I guess in theory it'll be cheaper and maybe a little better for the planet, but why simple flavors and why not 32oz?

New Peanut Butter M&M's Cookie Sandwich with real (reduced fat) ice cream. I still haven't tried the cookies & cream version from 2023. Ya know, I am terrible with keeping up with M&M cookie sandwiches and also Snickers ice cream bars. I don't think I ever tried 2018's Snickers dark chocolate ice cream bar or 2021's peanut brownie Snickers ice cream bar.

Dippin Dots Sundaes - genius or foolishness? I guess I need to try them to find out.

"We Love Peanut Butter" Drumsticks with a peanut butter core. Yes, technically we got the "peanut butter variety" pack in 2014, but that didn't include these two combos.

Side note: I need to go to Canada and try Drumstick Ice Cream!

I know I always forget Blue Bell.... so here's some new Blue Bell! Strawberry Toaster Pastry. It's "vanilla ice cream loaded with strawberry pastry pieces, colorful confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing" and it makes me wish we had Blue Bell in the Northeast.

Here's a crazy one for you. Graeter's is teaming up with Skyline Chili to make a new flavor that involves spices and oyster crackers?!

These Trolli Gummi Pops are gonna be a pass for me. What do you think?

Ok, Frollies is just the American version of the UK's Rowntree and Europe's Pirulo brand. The funny thing is that each country seems to get a subset of the full lineup. If you want to see it for yourself, just head over to https://www.fruitandfun.com/ and change the country in the top right corner. It is fun that the treats try to resemble the fruit that they are trying to be, though I don't fully understand why the pop ups are frozen dairy dessert.

Ok, this post is getting really long, so here is some news without pictures (for now):

Jeni's has a new Green Smoothie flavor here. It is not for me.

Dove Minis Variety Packs: Vanilla & Strawberry and Vanilla and Mocha.

New Bomb Pop Extremes Super Sour Cherry Limeade flavor. Ewwww.

Jonny Pops Cream Minis look colorful and fun.

Blue Bunny is putting out two new Soft flavors: Butter Pecan and Churro. I will totally buy the churro one.... and then most likely regret that purchasing choice.

Van Leeuwen Birthday Cake Bars. They also have some new pints for Valentine's Day.

Hershey's has new cake bites and brownie bites. Not ice cream, but they are frozen.

Friendly's has a new Salted Vanilla Fudge flavor that is currently sitting in my freezer.

  1. Love the post…….

I wonder who is making the Eggo flavors. Love new flavors but not to optimistic on overall quality.

Picked up a few pint of the Blue Bell Pop Tart flavor but haven’t scooped yet.

Hearing good things in the Graeter’s Skyline Chili flavor. It comes across as cinnamon apparently.

    1. the plant number on the pints will tell us for sure, but the press release mentions the Golden West Food Group, and apparently they have teamed with Tillamook before (though that could mean nothing)

  2. According to their website, Benin and Jerry's is also apparently releasing 4 "sundae" pints, which seem to have some sort of whipped topping included.
