Ok, I have done my best to compile a list of all known Talenti flavors and their corresponding numbers. Please keep in mind that the numbers didn't kick in until 2013, so the order may seem a little off. Also, not every store has every flavor, so it took a bit of investigating to nail this list down. Thanks to everyone that helped finish off the list!

In 2012 Cappuccino became Coffee Chocolate Chip

61* and 62* are the new numbering scheme, old 61 & 62 became 77 & 78.
69` and 71`  are both listed as 71 on the website, so I guessed.

    Recently tried Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Seriously yummy! Peach Butter Biscuit was ok but nothing special. Mediterranean Mint, Sicilian Pistachio and Caramel Apple Pie were disappointing. Sea Salt Caramel remains the all-time favorite.

    I tried the vanilla blueberry crumble. not worth it! All it is is a lesser blueberry version of Gelato Fiasco flavor and that's not saying allot since that flavor of there's went downhill since the last time i had it.
